Welcome to Wynn Learning Center (WLC), also known as Wynn’s Child Care & Learning Center—a warm, nurturing home where children feel safe, supported, and ready to grow.

We provide a small, calm, and intentionally structured environment where children receive attentive care, build confidence, and develop naturally through everyday experiences.

We intentionally keep our group small to provide more one-on-one attention than traditional childcare settings, allowing each child to be truly known, supported, and guided each day.

WLC is licensed through the Maryland State Department of Education (MSDE) and meets all requirements for health, safety, nutrition, staffing, and child-to-provider ratios. Our program is subject to regular inspections to ensure quality and compliance.
